If you’re planning a spicy dinner you should consider serving a Viognier … it’s a lovely match. New off the bottlestore shelves is Oldenburg Vineyards Viognier 2015, the luxury boutique winery’s maiden Viognier and a lovely addition to their range of wines.  This lively, apple-yellow hued wine – all ripe peach and rich vanilla aromas, goes particularly well with dishes with a hint of spice, peach and apricot, or dishes with ginger, saffron and coconut. Also really great with a special shellfish dish like lobster or crab.
